As we approach the holidays, we want to confirm that ACH cutoff times on December 24 and December 31 remain unchanged at 12 PM for Same-Day ACH and 2 PM for Next-Day ACH. You may submit your files at any time up to these standard cutoffs, though we encourage you to send them as soon as they are ready to ensure a smooth process.
Please also take a moment to verify that your “Effective Dates” fall on open business days. Any files transmitted after the cutoff times or dated for December 25 or January 1 will settle on the following business day.
